A. Pappajohn Company developed the Beach Point Club into a world-class private waterfront destination, combining luxury with recreation. The project featured a state-of-the-art clubhouse designed with classic coastal architecture, offering dining areas, event spaces, locker rooms, and administrative offices. A full recreational program was delivered through a new sports complex, multiple swimming pools, and enhanced tennis facilities. The waterfront was expanded with a marina, boating docks, and sailing access, while landscaping and coastal reinforcement ensured both beauty and long-term resilience.
