A. Pappajohn Company carried out extensive renovations and new construction at The Tokeneke Club, modernizing its facilities while preserving the club’s historic coastal character. The project included a redesigned main clubhouse with expanded dining and event spaces, upgraded kitchens, and enhanced member amenities. Recreational facilities were improved with renovated pool and beach areas, updated tennis and paddle courts, and expanded waterfront access with new docks and sailing facilities. Landscaping and site improvements were incorporated to strengthen the property’s resilience and provide a seamless coastal aesthetic.
