Rumsey Hall School

A. Pappajohn Company constructed the Dorothy Rochon Anderson Memorial Building as part of Rumsey Hall School’s campus enhancement initiative. Named in honor of Dorothy Rochon Anderson, who served the school for 45 years, the new facility provides state-of-the-art academic and community spaces. The project integrates seamlessly with the existing campus, blending traditional architecture with modern systems to support learning, student life, and sustainability.
