A. Pappajohn Company redeveloped a historic industrial building in Stamford’s South End into The Village, a 130,000-square-foot mixed-use hub. The project preserved the structure’s historic character while adding new floors, modern systems, and amenities to support media production, offices, dining, and community events. A new façade, rooftop gardens, and a four-story parking garage were incorporated to create a vibrant and accessible destination.
