The Corbon District Phase 1

Phase 1 of The Corbin District redevelopment introduced a mix of residential units, retail storefronts, and modern office space in downtown Darien. Designed to create a lively, walkable environment, the project blends housing, commerce, and community spaces in one destination. Streetscape upgrades and public amenities were incorporated to support activity and enhance the town center’s vibrancy. This first phase set the tone for the larger multi-phase transformation of Darien’s downtown.
