A. Pappajohn Company transformed the historic former U.S. Post Office at 1262 Post Road into a modern restaurant for Plan B Burger Bar. The project preserved the building’s 1936 façade while redeveloping the structure into a full-service dining destination featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, comfortable dining areas, and a bar specializing in craft beer and bourbon. Despite a two-year renovation timeline, the restaurant successfully opened to the public on July 30, 2015.
