A. Pappajohn Company transformed a high-end waterfront property into Prime’s Stamford location, a luxury dining destination blending modern sophistication with harbor views. The project included structural enhancements, an expansive outdoor terrace with retractable roofing, and interior build-outs that highlight upscale finishes, custom lighting, and private dining spaces. A state-of-the-art kitchen, raw bar, and custom dry-aging room were installed to support the restaurant’s fine-dining program, while advanced MEP systems ensured efficiency, comfort, and premium quality.
